I know what it’s like to feel unease about my wellbeing and the struggle to find a provider who truly understands me and can meet my needs. I’ve spent a lifetime inviting a deeper healing journey, embodying wellness and peace of mind by integrating mind, body, and spirit. After extensive clinical work in integrative medicine, practice, and research in Yoga Therapy and human psychology and consciousness, I’ve realized our power lies in making lifestyle choices that support our living life fully.
We see what we want to see – and I encourage you to see options and to seek out solutions. Whatever the issue, problem, or difficulty – there IS a way to work the puzzle. I aim to bring maximum value. I am here to help and to support you in your journey. My goal is to encourage your empowerment and nourish your innate wisdom and awareness.
